Ten Pin Bowling is a competitive sport where players roll a bowling ball down a lane, aiming to knock down as many pins as possible to score points. It is recognized at all levels of Special Olympics, allowing athletes to compete from beginner to advanced levels. The sport promotes physical exercise, social integration, and teamwork, making it particularly beneficial for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Events include singles, doubles, and team competition, and the sport is structured to ensure fair competition and personal growth for all participants.
