Owen Sound Sure Shots

Youth basketball is a vibrant and inclusive sport that is part of the Special Olympics program. It is available for athletes of all ages and abilities, from young players learning basic skills to older, more experienced players. The sport is recognized at all levels of Special Olympics, and athletes can compete in club level matches, provincial, and national games, as well as the SOI World Games. The sport season for Special Olympics Ontario is typically from October to May, with national and world games taking place in the summer. The athlete to coach ratios ensure that athletes are safe and supervised at all times. Special Olympics Ontario is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all athletes, regardless of their abilities.
