5-pin bowling is a competitive sport recognized by the Special Olympics, where players roll a bowling ball down a lane to score points by knocking down pins. It is one of the highest-participation sports in Special Olympics Canada, with programs designed to teach bowling skills from beginner to advanced levels. Athletes can compete in various competitions, including club-level matches and national games, ensuring participation and social integration for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
There are no age or ability limitations. Everyone is welcome!
